VRQA Legal Framework

The VRQA is administered under Chapter 4 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (ETR Act).

The Education and Training Reform Regulations 2007 (PDF - 702Kb) accompany the ETR Act.

The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)

The Australian Quality Training Framework, AQTF 2007 has been developed to ensure nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment standards for Australia’s vocational education and training system.
