Complaints - Making a complaint to an external complaints agency
If you are unhappy with the decision the VRQA has made about your complaint, (including a decision not to investigate), you can request the Victorian Ombudsman review the VRQA’s handling of your complaint.
If you have concerns about the way the VRQA has handled your personal information, you can make a complaint to the Victorian Privacy Commissioner.
