Complaints against Student Exchange Organisations
The VRQA does investigate complaints against Student Exchange Organisations approved by the VRQA who have breached registration standards.
The VRQA has responsibility for the approval and quality assurance of student exchange organisations under section 4.5A of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006.
To be approved by the VRQA, Student Exchange Organisations must meet the VRQA Guidelines for Student Exchange (PDF - 469Kb).
