The VRQA manages the registration of schools, including registration of new schools and amendments to registration (e.g. for adding additional year levels, including new campuses and amending school location).
Schools and prospective school applicants should submit applications to register a new school or amend an existing registration by 31 March 2015 or 30 June 2015.
Applications received after these dates will only be assessed for schools starting in 2017. Please note these dates have been amended from 2014.
As part of the application process, applicants must demonstrate that they meet minimum standards and other requirements for the effective operation of their schools. Further information about these requirements is available in the Guide to the Minimum Standards and Other Requirements for School Registration and the VRQA website.
