Findings from the 2016 client and stakeholder research are now available on the VRQA website.
The findings show an overall increase in provider satisfaction with the VRQA and providers rating the VRQA as effective or highly effective in its function.
Opportunities for improvement identified in the research include strengthened consultation and engagement with all stakeholders, and refreshing how the VRQA's purpose, functions and the benefits of regulation are communicated.
The research was conducted by EY Sweeney on behalf of the VRQA in late 2016.
We wish to thank all providers, apprentices, trainees, employers and stakeholders who participated in the research. The research, conducted annually, shapes our client services and has this year informed our stakeholder engagement strategy.
