A message from the Director

Welcome to the 12th edition of E-news.

This edition will provide you with information on the recent seminar held by the VRQA for Student Exchange Organisations and details about upcoming workshops to support RTOs understand the revised Australian Quality Training Framework and changed assessment requirements.

I also draw your attention to the National VET Regulator, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) commencing operations from July 1 2011. The Commonwealth Parliament has passed legislation establishing the new regulator.

We welcome any feedback from you on this edition and encourage you to email us your suggestions for future article topics.
