Registration

Registration procedures - Schools and education providers

All schools, TAFEs and private RTOs, and higher education providers in Victoria must be registered by the VRQA. Universities established by an Act of Parliament Victoria and the Australian Catholic University are exempt from registration with the VRQA.

Individuals and organisations seeking registration are required to apply to the VRQA. For information on registration procedures see the Schools, VET or/and Higher Education page.

For further information, individuals and organisations should contact the VRQA at  vrqa@edumail.vic.gov.au.   

Schools and providers seeking to amend their scope of registration should also seek advice from the VRQA.
