Vocational Education and Training (VET) Registration
The VRQA is responsible for registering and regulating organisations in Victoria who wish to offer vocational education and training (VET) qualifications and courses to domestic students only and who only offer training in Victoria, or only in Victoria and Western Australia. These organisations are known as registered training organisations (RTOs).

Providing VET to international students
If you wish to provide VET to international students you will need to apply for registration through the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
