VRQA registered RTOs who intend to operate in states and territories other than Victoria and Western Australia, must immediately submit a statutory declaration to that effect to facilitate the transfer of their registration to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). The statutory declaration should be sent to:

VRQA registered RTOs who intend to operate in Western Australia must notify the VRQA within 21 days of commencement and within 30 days of ceasing RTO operations outside Victoria. Notification can be sent to the address above or by email to qar@edumail.vic.gov.au and should include the date of commencement or cessation of training.
