VRQA guidelines for VET providers
The VRQA has developed the VRQA Guidelines for VET Providers (PDF - 195Kb) to strengthen the quality of vocational education and training (VET) in Victoria.
AQTF standards
All vocational education and training in Australia is regulated under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is the national set of standards that assures nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia’s vocational education and training system.
AQTF publications relevant to registration include:
- AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Initial Registration
- AQTF Essential Conditions and Standards for Continuing Registration
- AQTF 2007 Excellence Criteria for RTOs.
All of the AQTF publications can be downloaded from training.com.au.
