Delivery outside Victoria and Australia

Under National Recognition, each State and Territory has agreed to recognise the decisions of all other States and Territories in registering training organisations (including the imposition of any conditions or sanctions with respect to registration).

 Victorian RTOs  can deliver training outside Victoria without a further registration process or payment of additional fees, through National Recognition arrangements.

 You can deliver training outside Victoria if you:

If your organisation commences or ceases delivery outside Victoria you must advise the VRQA, within 21 days. Please use the Notification of delivery outside Victoria form (PDF - 57Kb). This completed form can be faxed to the VRQA on (03) 9651 3233. Once received, the VRQA will update the NTIS website which in turn informs the other relevant State/and Territory registering bodies that you have ceased delivery. 

Delivery outside Victoria but within Australia

National recognition does not apply to approval to provide courses to overseas students. If you wish to provide courses to overseas students in other states and territories you will need to apply for approval to the appropriate registering body in every state and territory.
