Changing legal entity
When changing legal entity, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) must follow the guidelines set out in the Change of RTO Organisation Status – Guidelines. (PDF - 68Kb)
These guidelines provide advice on the VRQA policy requirements where there is:
- a change in the legal status of an RTO.
- substantial changes to the control, management or operations of an RTO.
- other circumstances that result in an RTO ceasing operations.
