Renewing Registration
To renew an organisation’s registration at the end of the initial registration period, complete the AQTF Form A - Application with payment or proof of payment of the application fee and the annual registration fee. An audit to confirm compliance with the AQTF 2007 Essential Standards for Registration is required before registration can be renewed.
RTOs are encouraged to review the courses and qualifications on their scope of registration prior to applying for renewal.
When lodging the application for renewal of registration, the RTO needs to pay the application fee as well as annual registration fee. For more information, see VET Registration Fees.
Cancelling Registration
If an RTO no longer wishes to continue to operate as an RTO, it is imperative that the VRQA is notified as soon as this decision is made. An AQTF Form C - Request to cancel registration (PDF - 64Kb) must be completed. For more information, see Cancelling registration.
