On behalf of the VRQA, the Victorian Apprenticeship Field Services (VAFS) checks in with apprentices and trainees to see how their apprenticeship or traineeship is progressing.
If you’re due for your check-in, you’ll receive a text message from VAFS with a number to call and link to follow.
A VAFS check-in takes around 1 minute. It involves you answering a few simple questions about your workplace and employer. You can complete your check-in over the phone or online, it’s up to you.
