A message from the Director

Welcome to the first VRQA e-news for 2014. I hope you have had a relaxing and enjoyable festive season.

Thank you to the many providers and key stakeholders who assisted us late last year by participating in our VRQA Annual Client and Stakeholder Research 2013. The research has generated many insights into our stakeholders who believe we are performing well, and some areas where we can improve. A summary of the research is expected to be published on the VRQA website in the coming weeks.

Visitors to the VRQA website will notice some changes. Over the Christmas break we have launched a new home page to improve your experience of accessing the VRQA website with further improvements planned for 2014.

I would also like to draw your attention to a number of information sessions that are being held early this year. Sessions are being held for schools and non-school senior secondary providers as well as Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Finally, the VRQA values feedback about the information and resources it provides, as well as suggestions for future e-news articles. Feedback may be directed to vrqa@edumail.vic.gov.au.
