If your child's home schooling registration was randomly selected for review, we've now sent you a review notification letter.
The notification includes a confirmation form that must be returned to us by
11 March 2019.
Use the confirmation form to tell us how you would like us to conduct the review; over the phone, via email or face-to-face.
If you are educating more than one child at home, you can also nominate which child's registration will be reviewed.
