Online information sessions for prospective RTOs

Web based information sessions for prospective RTOsJoin us for 2 online briefing sessions about becoming a registered training organisation (RTO).

Registration with the VRQA is available for organisations wanting to deliver training to domestic students in Victoria only.

To deliver training outside of Victoria or to international students, you must apply to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) for registration. ASQA and the VRQA do not share the same application process.

Registering to become an RTO is a 2 part process:

  1. financial capability audit against VRQA Guideline 1 and AQTF Condition 5
  2. quality audit against the AQTF standards and VRQA guidelines 24.

Applicants must satisfy the requirements of part one before moving onto the second part.
