Change of members of governing body

​Independent schools must notify us about any change to governing body membership within 30 days. This is a condition of registration in accordance with Schedule 4 of the Education and Training Reform Regulations 2017.

Please notify us in writing with the name and contact details of any new proprietor, president, chair, or member of the school's governing body.

Any new members of a school's governing body also need to complete a declaration of good character.  Completed declarations should be kept at the school so they can be provided upon request.

The Department of Education and Training and the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria report to us any such changes to their respective schools.
