Complaints hold providers to account and can improve the quality of our education and training system. We encourage students and parents to raise issues when they arise.

We investigate complaints about breaches of standards and guidelines by organisations in Victoria that are registered with us, home schooling in Victoria and issues relating to apprentice and trainee training contracts.
